All forms of enameling may be done in this lab. This lab is for experienced enamelists, or anyone who has passed Intro to Enameling, to try out new techniques, finish works in progress, ask questions and work with other enthusiasts.
Syllabus coming soon. Check back, or ask at a monthly meeting.
You need metal to enamel (copper or fine silver) and enamels, frit, threads and adhesives. Bring your own, or use the club's enamels, frit, threads and adhesives for a $5 fee that covers the whole lab. A small number of copper forms are for sale ($1 to $5). If you plan to work on cloisonne, contact the instructors ahead of time so the kiln can be set to the right temperature.
Club tools you'll use · the club has these
