Course will start with the basics of faceting machine controls, preforming and dopping stones. First stone will be a standard round brilliant. Second stone will be the emerald cut. The final stone will be an oval.

The club has colorless quartz rough to cut. You may bring your own material. Rose quartz, amethyst, citrine or smokey quartz may be available to purchase. Plan for a finished stone of 15mm or more.

Members enroll online. Building time is $5/hour, payable by card or with Arlie Bucks (1 Buck/hour), plus any materials fee, paid by card. Life members don't pay the building fee.
